How It Works

Discover how we provide non-profits with the tools and connections needed to succeed in accessible housing.

1

Step 1

Gain Access

Non-Profit Partners are given a login and password to the No Limits Collective portal.

2

Step 2

Get Notified

Automatic updates with properties are sent to Non-Profit Partners when new listings become available. They can also filter their search based on geographic location.

3

Step 3

Reserve

Non-Profit Partners can reserve listings on behalf of a specific person with a single click, initiating the tenant placement process.

4

Step 4

Placement

An NLC representative contacts our partners to start the placement process, including funding assessments and vetting tenants through reference checks.

5

Step 5

Support

Not to worry, we'll take it from here. NLC manages the ongoing relationship between homeowners and tenants, ensuring that Non-Profit Partners are not liable for any tenancy issues or property damage.

FAQ

There is no liability for our non-profit partners. Helping to find a tenant is similar to a referral. The No Limits Collective and the property owner will still complete the due-diligence required to vet good tenants.

There is no fee to be a non-profit partner. We only ask that our partners help advocate for the program to contribute to its’ success.

Membership can be initiated or terminated at anytime since there is no financial obligation.

Simply reach out to us. There will be a brief interview with our team explaining how the process works. A further discovery meeting would take place to find out the unique needs of a potential non-profit partner and the community it represents. If both parties agree that the No Limits Collective can provide accommodations solutions, then a housing representative would be nominated within the non-profit organization and given a username and password to get started.
