We are looking for smaller infill builders who take pride in their work and also wish to contribute positively to their community.
Not at this time. But we ask that all of our No Limits Builders start with an inclusive design as a default for each build proposal, highlighting the benefits of inclusive design to their clients.
Yes. Many accessible suites will be built for a client’s personal use and, therefore, do not require a tenant or property management. We ask that the location and documentation be submitted to the No Limits Collective so that they can be archived and the suite can be placed in NLC at a later date should the client wish.
A No Limits Builder can cancel its membership at any time.
